At Sheridan Marketing Inc., we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. Whether you purchase online or in-store, we aim to ensure that you receive the correct items in good condition.
1. Customer Protection & Compliance
We do not implement a “No Return, No Exchange” policy.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will assist you with an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
This is in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and applicable Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) guidelines.
2. When to Contact Us
Please contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or not functioning properly
- The item was damaged upon delivery or pick-up
- You received the wrong item, size, color, brand, or quantity
- The product does not match the agreed specifications or description
Timeframe:
- Online Orders: Within 7 days from delivery
- In-Store Purchases: As soon as the issue is identified
Required Details:
- Order number or official receipt
- Full name and contact information
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
3. Non-Returnable Items (Standard Conditions)
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange if delivered correctly and in good condition:
- Consumable products (e.g., chemicals, adhesives, sealants)
- Special order, indent, custom-cut, or made-to-order items
- Clearance or “as-is” sale items
- Opened products with broken seals (e.g., paints, chemicals, adhesives)
- Electrical items that have been installed, modified, or used
However, if any of these items are defective, damaged, counterfeit, or not as described, please contact us for evaluation.
4. Resolution Process
Once your concern has been reviewed and verified, we may proceed with:
- Repair of the item at no additional cost
- Replacement with the same or equivalent product
- Refund, subject to internal processing and bank/payment timelines
We may request that the item be returned to a branch or arrange inspection, pick-up, or supplier evaluation prior to approval.
5. Installed or Used Materials
- Items that have already been installed, cut, or modified are generally not eligible for standard return
- If a defect arises after installation, it will be handled under the applicable product warranty in coordination with the manufacturer or supplier
6. Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders
Returns due to the following are generally not accepted:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection or specifications
- Ordering mistakes
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to inspection and restocking fees.
